Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to lead front-line communication with potential students. Your role will include handling leads, counselling prospects, guiding them through our certification programs, and converting them into successful admissions. Key Responsibilities: Respond to incoming leads via WhatsApp, phone calls, Instagram DMs, and website inquiries Conduct career counselling calls and explain course structure, benefits, pricing, and outcomes Follow up regularly with warm leads and drive conversions via structured scripts Maintain and update lead pipeline in CRM or Google Sheets Guide students through application and payment process Assist in webinar registration, reminder calls, and event follow-ups Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets Collect feedback and assist in improving student experience Requirements: 1+ year experience in sales, academic counselling, or B2C lead conversion Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language (if applicable) Comfortable with WhatsApp, CRM tools, and Google Sheets Passion for fitness, wellness, or education industry is a strong plus High emotional intelligence and ability to guide students confidently Perks & Benefits: Fixed salary + performance-based commissions Training and scripts provided Opportunity to work with fitness industry experts Fast growth opportunities as the academy expands Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Compensation Package: Commission pay Performance bonus Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
