We're Hiring: Brand & Ops Associate Location & Job Type: Hyderabad, Hybrid (3 days remote, 3 days in-office) Are you passionate about kids, skincare, and content that connects? Join our growing team and help build a brand that cares for little ones and delights parents! *What You'll Do:* - Manage IG/FB DMs, WhatsApp messages & COD confirmations - Support abandoned cart follow-ups & cold calling - Assist in B2B collabs (quick commerce, e-com) - Coordinate influencer & PR activities (online/offline) - Help with content calendar, especially for Reels - Coordinate shoots & external stakeholders when needed *We're Looking For:* ✔ Great communication & follow-through ✔ A creative eye + love for storytelling ✔ Experience in D2C/e-com/social is a bonus If you’re hands-on, proactive, and ready to grow with a fun, impact-driven brand — we’d love to meet you!
