Key Responsibilities 1. *Meet and Exceed Sales Targets*: Achieve monthly sales targets by selling gym memberships, personal training packages, and other services. 2. *Conduct Gym Tours and Presentations*: Showcase our facilities, services, and equipment to potential members, highlighting the benefits of our gym. 3. *Build Relationships and Network*: Develop relationships with potential and existing members, local businesses, and community organizations to promote our gym and services. 4. *Handle Inquiries and Follow-ups*: Respond to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries, providing information and following up with potential members to close sales. 5. *Maintain Accurate Records*: Keep accurate records of sales, prospects, and customer interactions using our CRM system. 6. *Collaborate with Team Members*: Work with other gym staff, including personal trainers and management, to promote our services and achieve sales goals. 7. *Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends*: Stay informed about the latest fitness trends, competitors, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge. Requirements and Qualifications 1. *Sales Experience*: Have prior sales experience, preferably in the fitness industry. 2. *Excellent Communication Skills*: Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. 3. *Goal-Oriented and Motivated*: Be highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. 4. *Basic Computer Skills*: Have basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn our CRM system. 5. *Availability*: Be available to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
