Roles & Responsibilities: Achievement of agreed sales target – Product Knowledge, Selling Skills, Customer Handling Greeting customers in traditional way (SMS) - SMS Eye contact, body language and gestures in good manner – Positive Body language Maintain grooming and dressing as per company norms – HR Policy Adherence Use decent words and professional languages with customers – Effective Communication Maintain cleanliness on the sales counter and ensure the floor is clean. – Clean and Free Dirt Monitor products availability on the counter, ensuring stock levels are maintained as per ROL - ROL Attractive product display – VM and Display Promoting Up-sale and cross-sale to the customers Ensure to provide good hospitality to all customers Guiding customers for other sections Handle customer queries and ensure their retention Facilitate exchange customers in good manner Ensure to update customer requirements and feedback to the supervisor.
