Sales Representative (Loan Against Property)

As a Loan Processing Officer in the banking and financial sector, your role will involve initiating the loan process with customers, ensuring the smooth login for loans, and managing the collection of bounced cases. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with the Credit and Sales Credit teams for seamless operations - Supervising the sales team to ensure optimum performance - Conducting customer visits along with Relationship Managers/Recovery Officers - Carrying out personal discussions with customers at their residence - Addressing queries from the Credit Team and lawyers regarding loan cases - Scheduling disbursements in collaboration with the Credit Team - Completing the collection of EMI and BPI amounts in bounced cases Qualifications required for this role include a minimum educational qualification of 10th pass.
