Sales Representative In-Store

As a Sales Representative in-store, you will represent our company, engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide exceptional service to drive sales within the store environment. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers, assisting them in finding products, providing demonstrations, recommending suitable products, processing transactions, maintaining store appearance, staying informed about products and promotions, handling inquiries and complaints, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with team members to achieve store goals. You will be expected to have 4 to 6 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail setting, along with any graduate qualification. Additional education in sales or retail management is a plus. Strong communication skills in Tamil and English, problem-solving abilities, customer-focused attitude, ability to work both independently and in a team, flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends, basic computer skills, and familiarity with POS systems are essential for this role. The job is based in Chennai, requires working 6 days a week, and female candidates are preferred. The salary offered is between 50K to 60K per month, negotiable for the right candidate.
