Job Summary

Delphi Infosolutions is looking for Sales Agents to join our team in Delhi. The role involves communicating with potential customers, explaining company products and services, following up on inquiries, and assisting with sales activities.

We welcome applications from both freshers and experienced candidates who have good communication skills and an interest in developing a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers through phone calls and other communication channels.
• Provide information about company products and services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Follow up with potential customers and existing leads.
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Work with the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
• Assist in maintaining positive customer relationships.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass.
• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with customers.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and develop sales skills.

Previous experience in sales, telecalling, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
