Sales Representative

Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling a company's products or services. This involves identifying potential customers, building relationships, understanding their needs, and presenting solutions to close sales. They also manage customer interactions, address inquiries, and work to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and Lead Generation:Identifying and reaching out to potential customers through various methods like cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Customer Relationship Management:Building and maintaining positive relationships with both new and existing clients to foster loyalty and identify new sales opportunities.
• Product Knowledge:Developing a thorough understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
• Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:Presenting product information, conducting demonstrations, and addressing customer questions and concerns.
• Negotiation and Closing:Negotiating prices and terms of sale, overcoming objections, and securing customer commitments to close deals.
• Sales Targets and Reporting:Meeting or exceeding sales targets, tracking sales activities, and providing regular reports to management.
• Customer Service and Support:Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Market Knowledge:Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
• Collaboration:Working with other sales representatives, marketing teams, and other departments to achieve sales goals and improve overall sales strategies.

· Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month + Incentives

· Working Days: Monday To Saturday

· Working Hours: 09.30 Am to 06.30 Pm

· Working Location: Pioneer Towers, Menaka, Marine Drive, Ernakulam, Kerala 682031

· Willing to work Under Target and Sales Oriented Job

· Self-quick learning is more important to this role
