Sales Representative – Biodegradable Products

Location: Multiple Territories across Odisha
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Fixed) + Attractive Incentives
Reports To: Area Sales Officer

About the Role

Join us in driving the future of sustainable living! As a Sales Representative, you’ll be on the field daily, promoting and selling our eco-friendly biodegradable films and mould-based products. Your mission: build strong retailer relationships, expand our reach, and ensure our products are available in every corner—just like FMCG, but with a greener impact.

What You’ll Do

• Visit 30–40 outlets daily (grocers, cafés, clinics, retailers, farm suppliers, etc.)
• Take and close orders directly from shop owners & retailers
• Introduce new biodegradable SKUs and encourage the eco-shift
• Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and price compliance
• Coordinate with distributors for smooth supply and payments
• Collect market insights and competitor activity
• Achieve weekly sales & coverage targets

What We’re Looking For

• Energetic, street-smart, and motivated to earn high incentives
• Experience in FMCG / packaged goods sales preferred (freshers with the right attitude welcome!)
• Good communication and relationship-building skills
• Education is not a barrier—your attitude and hustle matter most
