About the Job

BAMC Medical Limited is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to promote and generate sales enquiries for our medical equipment products.

The candidate will work from our office and communicate with hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, doctors, biomedical engineers, purchase departments and medical equipment dealers across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to hospitals, clinics, nursing homes and medical equipment dealers.
• Introduce BAMC Medical and explain our medical equipment products.
• Generate new business leads and sales enquiries.
• Identify purchase managers, hospital administrators, doctors and biomedical engineers.
• Follow up with potential customers through telephone, WhatsApp and email.
• Share product catalogues, brochures and quotations with interested customers.
• Arrange appointments and product demonstrations for the field sales team.
• Maintain customer databases and daily calling reports.
• Follow up on pending enquiries and convert potential leads into sales.
• Maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
• Freshers can apply.
• Good Hindi and English communication skills.
• Confident speaking ability and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email and WhatsApp).
• Experience in telecalling, customer support or sales is an advantage.
• Ability to handle regular outbound calls and follow-ups.
• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.

Pay: ₹9,100.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
