Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with a track record or strong interest in field sales or medical/pharmaceutical sales.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with healthcare professionals and retail partners.
Basic understanding or willingness to learn about Ayurvedic products, wellness trends, and customer education.
Good organizational and time-management skills for planning client visits, managing pipelines, and meeting targets.
Proficiency in using smartphones, email, and basic office software for reporting and coordination.
Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup, travel within Mumbai and nearby areas as needed, and adapt to changing priorities.
Prior experience in FMCG, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Minimum 2-3 years of Exprienced and freshers also welcome.
