Job Title: Inside Sales Executive / Office Coordinator (Plumbing & Valves)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Inside Sales Executive to manage corporate sales coordination and client relations from our office. The ideal candidate will handle lead generation via phone/email, prepare commercial quotations, and manage complete backend sales follow-ups to close orders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make regular sales calls and handle inquiries from consultants, contractors, and project clients from the office.

- Understand project requirements, analyze BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and coordinate with the team to propose suitable plumbing and valve solutions.

- Prepare and share formal commercial quotations, price lists, and technical details with clients using MS Excel and Word.

- Conduct regular telephonic follow-ups on shared quotations and technical approvals to successfully close orders.

- Maintain comprehensive daily records of calls, leads, and quotations in MS Excel, and submit daily activity reports to the management.

- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely product delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Education: Minimum 12th Pass or any Graduate (No specific degree or technical background is mandatory).

- Computer Skills: Strong practical knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint is required for daily reporting and quotation formatting.

- Language Skills: Decent to Fluent English communication (both spoken and written) to interact professionally with corporate clients and consultants.

- Key Skills: Strong telephonic communication, active listening, negotiation skills, and a result-driven attitude.

- Experience: Prior experience in inside sales, telecalling, customer support, or backend sales coordination (experience in plumbing, HVAC, or construction materials is a plus but not mandatory).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
