Sales Receptionist for Bigwing Honda

We are looking for a smart, presentable, and customer-friendly Female Sales Receptionist for our Honda BigWing . The role involves welcoming customers, guiding them with showroom information, and assisting the sales team in delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome all customers & visitors with professionalism.
• Attend phone calls, respond to inquiries, and transfer calls to concerned departments.
• Maintain visitor records and provide showroom/product information.
• Assist the sales team with customer coordination and follow-ups.
• Handle basic administrative and front desk tasks.
• Ensure a neat, pleasant, and customer-friendly reception area.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM preferred).
• Prior experience in showroom/automobile/hospitality will be an advantage.
