We are looking for a dynamic Sales Psychology Executive who understands buyer behavior and can convert inquiries into long-term wholesale customers. The role focuses on building trust with dealers, distributors, and retailers across Pan India.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand buyer psychology and selling patterns in women ethnic wear market
Handle dealer, distributor, and wholesale buyer inquiries
Pitch RK Fashion kurtis based on design, price, fabric, and margin psychology
Convert leads into repeat orders through follow-ups and relationship building
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for order execution
Analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and market demand
Maintain MIS of sales, follow-ups, and customer database
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills:
Strong communication & convincing skills
Understanding of fashion trends & ethnic wear market
Knowledge of sales psychology and negotiation techniques
Ability to build long-term B2B relationships
Comfortable with WhatsApp, calls, and basic Excel
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in garment / textile / ethnic wear sales
Exposure to Pan India wholesale markets
Result-oriented and target-driven mindset

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
