Sales promoter

They are also responsible for building customer relationships, handling sales transactions, and reporting on sales activities and performance. Core responsibilities

• Customer engagement: Interact with potential customers to understand their needs and persuade them to purchase products.
• Product demonstration: Show customers how a product works, its features, and its benefits, often using interactive materials like videos or samples.
• Sales performance: Achieve or exceed daily or assigned sales targets and keep accurate records of sales activities.
• Product knowledge: Maintain up-to-date information on products and services to provide accurate guidance and advice.
• Merchandising: Arrange products and promotional displays in an attractive and organized manner to draw customer attention.

Additional duties

• Customer relationship management: Build and maintain customer relationships through follow-ups and by inviting them to try new products.
• Sales tracking and reporting: Track sales figures, maintain customer databases, and report progress and customer feedback to management.
• In-store and event support: May handle counter sales transactions, assist with product delivery, or help coordinate promotional events.
• Feedback collection: Gather and submit customer feedback to management for future improvements.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
