About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Manage and update operational records and databases accurately 2. Monitor lead flow and assist in optimizing lead assignment processes 3. Manage leads and update CRM tools 4. Coordinate internally to ensure smooth sales operations 5. Coordinate with the sales team for lead distribution 6. Ensure all data handling complies with company policies and privacy standards Requirements: 1. Demonstrate confidence, creativity, and strong communication skills 2. Show basic understanding of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets 3. Hold a graduation degree in Engineering or Mass Communication (preferred) 4. Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently 5.
