About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Upload and manage PDFs of class materials on the internal platform 2. Upload and configure online tests, ensuring accuracy in formatting, question input, and answer settings 3. Schedule and coordinate live classes, including communicating with instructors and managing calendars 4. Ensure all content is uploaded and scheduled according to deadlines and quality standards 5. Collaborate with academic and content teams to troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues 6. Maintain records of uploads, schedules, and operational workflows for internal reporting 7. Support day-to-day operational activities to ensure seamless user and educator experience Requirements: 1. Hold a bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Engineering or Mass Communication) 2. Demonstrate confidence and creativity 3. Show familiarity with content management systems or learning management platforms (preferred) 4. Operate comfortably with basic tech tools like Google Workspace and Excel 5. Manage multitasking and work under tight deadlines effectively 6.
