Job Description

You are a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and process-driven Sales Operations & Contracts Manager at Ohmium. Your main focus is to optimize commercial and legal processes by streamlining the contract lifecycle, supporting deal execution, managing essential documentation, and developing scalable operational procedures. Collaborating closely with Legal, Sales, Finance, Service, and other internal stakeholders, you ensure efficient deal execution, compliance, and robust operational frameworks. Your key responsibilities include acting as the primary contact for legal agreement requests, conducting initial reviews of various commercial contracts, identifying key terms and potential risks, and ensuring all necessary information and approvals are in place before legal review. You provide support to the sales team in structuring and accelerating commercial deals, managing proposal and contract documentation processes, and coordinating RFP and tender responses. In terms of process management and optimization, you develop, implement, and maintain efficient processes for the entire contract lifecycle while ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting. You also oversee document control processes, manage centralized document storage, and maintain the contract repository to support internal and external audits. Facilitating cross-functional collaboration, you act as a liaison between various departments to enhance deal progression and operational excellence. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field, along with 5-10 years of experience in contracts analysis, deal desk, legal operations, sales operations, or procurement. Experience in the renewable energy sector is preferred, and knowledge of commercial contract terms and conditions is essential. Proficiency in CRM systems, contract management software, and the ability to author and implement Standard Operating Procedures are required. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are also necessary for success in this position.,
