Job Description

As a candidate for the role of Back Office Sales Support Executive, your main responsibilities will include: - Prepare customer quotations in Excel following company formats and revise quotes based on inputs from Sales Head / Proprietor. Maintain proper version control for quotes. - Update project status in Asana for Enquiry, Order, Delivery, and Billing stages. Ensure all tasks, dates, and notes are accurately updated. Coordinate internally with sales & operations team. - Generate tax invoices in Vyapar and maintain invoice records & basic billing reports. - Maintain basic Management Information System (MIS) in Excel to organize customer, order, and billing data. Support management with operational data when required. The skills required for this role include: - Good working knowledge of MS Excel - Experience with Vyapar software is preferred - Basic understanding of GST & invoicing - Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven - Ability to coordinate with internal teams The ideal candidate should have at least 13 years of experience in back office, sales support, or operations role. While an interior, construction, or retail background is preferred, it's not mandatory. The salary range for this position in the Lucknow market is between 12,000 to 18,000 per month, with the salary depending on Excel and Vyapar proficiency. Please note that this is a backend sales & operations support role with no field sales or customer acquisition targets. The job type is full-time, and the work location is in person. Benefits include cell phone reimbursement and internet reimbursement.
