As a Jewelry Sales Associate, you will be responsible for greeting customers warmly and assisting them in selecting jewellery pieces that align with their preferences and budget. You will provide detailed information about the products, including materials, craftsmanship, and pricing to ensure customers make informed decisions. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships will be a key aspect of your role, aiming to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty. Collecting feedback from customers regarding the products and services provided will also be part of your responsibilities to ensure continuous improvement. In addition, you will be expected to conduct stock management activities at the beginning of the day and during store closing. This includes ensuring proper documentation and updating inventory to maintain accurate records. Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the store's overall performance will be crucial in this role. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the display counters is essential to create an attractive shopping environment for customers.
