Job Description

As a Relationship Manager, your role involves undertaking the acquisition of Quality CASA and revenue products such as Life Insurance products, Mutual Funds, Gold, Trade/FX, and Assets products. To maintain good relationships with customers, it is crucial to conduct regular interactions and address any queries promptly. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire Quality CASA and revenue products - Maintain good customer relationships - Comply with KYC and operational risk parameters - Adhere to the bank's policies and processes - Escalate issues impacting the business and provide solutions - Prioritize safety and security of Bank and customer's assets - Submit MIS reports to relevant stakeholders - Set and achieve performance goals - Identify development needs and bridge gaps - Display relevant competencies and stay updated on professional/industry developments - Follow risk policies to mitigate various risks - Execute internal control systems and compile information for audits Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field - Relevant experience in sales or relationship management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of banking products and services - Ability to comply with regulatory requirements - Proficiency in MIS reporting and goal setting If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, please provide them for further context.,
