We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team at V&V Agro Company. As a Sales Officer, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities in the agricultural sector.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Sales Growth*: Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

- *Customer Relationships*: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions

- *Product Knowledge*: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate value to customers

- *Market Analysis*: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity

- *Sales Reporting*: Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting progress and areas for improvement

*Requirements:*

- *Education*: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field

- *Experience*: 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural sector

- *Skills*:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven sales track record and ability to meet targets

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
