Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Sales Officer (Scouting Role) to join our team. This is a zero-target position focused on market scouting, dealer identification, lead generation, and collecting ground-level insights to support business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market visits across Bhubaneswar and Keonjhar regions.

Identify potential dealers, influencers, and market opportunities.

Gather field data and share weekly market intelligence reports.

Build and maintain strong relations with local stakeholders.

Support the sales team with lead scouting and follow-ups.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–3 years of field sales/market scouting experience (preferred).

Strong communication and observation skills.

Willingness to travel frequently within assigned locations.

Ability to work independently with responsibility.
