Job Description

As a Sales Officer in Central Kerala, your role will primarily involve driving secondary sales with Distributor Sales Representatives (DSRs), coaching and motivating DSRs, and implementing company designed programs. Your base location will be in Calicut, covering an area of 5 districts. It is essential to have 1 to 5 years of past automotive experience to excel in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Drive secondary sales with DSRs - Provide coaching and motivation to DSRs - Implement company designed programs Qualifications Required: - 1 to 5 years of past automotive experience In addition to a competitive salary ranging from 25000 to 36000 Take Home, you will be entitled to benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, provided food, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The compensation package includes performance bonuses, quarterly bonuses, and yearly bonuses. You will be working full-time on a permanent basis, with a day shift in a fixed remote work location.,
