Job Title: Sales Officer (Home Loans)
Key Responsibilities: · AreaMapping:- Regularly map the assigned area lane-by-lane to find new customers.- Share updates with the manager. · SourceManagement:- Build and manage relationships with leads and sources in the area. · Reporting:- Maintain daily activity and sales reports in the given format. · ChannelPartnerRecruitment:- Identify and onboard new channel partners (BSAs) as per company guidelines. · TeamMeetings:- Attend daily team huddles and share relevant updates. · CustomerRelationship:- Guide customers on HDFCproducts, collect documentation, and provide after-sales support.
