Sales Officer - Food & Beverage

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our General

Trade sales operations. The role involves coordinating with the field sales team, processing

orders, managing client communication, and ensuring smooth backend operations to support

sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

 Act as a central point of contact between field sales executives, distributors, and

internal departments.

 Coordinate and follow up on daily sales orders, dispatches, and deliveries.

 Maintain accurate records of distributor and retailer data, including sales, schemes,

and outstanding payments.

 Process sales orders and ensure timely execution.

 Track primary and secondary sales data and provide weekly/monthly reports.

 Communicate product availability, pricing, schemes, and promotional activities to

field staff and distributors.

 Assist in coordinating stock planning, replenishment, and follow-ups with the

logistics and warehouse team.

 Resolve customer/distributor queries related to orders, pricing, or deliveries.

 Support the Sales Manager in preparing sales presentations, reports, and analyses.

 Handle documentation and records related to GT operations, agreements, and claims.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 Graduate in any discipline (B.Com/BBA preferred).

 2–7 years of experience in sales coordination or backend sales operations, preferably

in General Trade/FMCG.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Proficiency in MS Excel, Word

 Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

 Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills:

 Experience in the FMCG or Consumer Goods sector.

 Understanding of distributor management and GT sales processes.

 Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
