Sales Officer - Direct Channel

Job Summary:
We are hiring for a Lead-Based Sales role where you will work on the leads provided by the company, build relationships with potential customers, and convert them into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on pre-generated leads shared by the company.
• Contact and meet potential customers to explain product offerings.
• Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
• Submit timely reports and daily updates.

Requirements:

• Graduation mandatory.
• 2–4 years of sales experience (BFSI preferred).
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
