Vicom Techsmart Pvt Ltd is the official distributor of Noorio, a next-generation brand of battery-powered wireless CCTV cameras designed for smart and secure living. The product is sold via D2C (www.noorio.in) and through offline B2B2C distribution networks.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and self-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales of wireless battery-powered CCTV cameras in the Kolkata and Eastern India region. The ideal candidate must have a strong track record in consumer electronics, security devices, or smart home product sales, with prior experience in channel development, dealer acquisition, and target achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of Noorio wireless CCTV cameras through both retail and distribution channels.
• Identify and appoint distributors, dealers, and resellers in Kolkata and nearby regions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical know-how to clients and channel partners.
• Ensure effective market coverage and penetration in assigned areas.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for stock, leads, and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate sales and client data using CRM tools.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable insights.

Requirements:

• Graduate or Diploma in Electronics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in sales of electronics, CCTV systems, home automation, or related hardware products.
• Strong dealer/distributor network in Eastern India preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with field work and frequent travel within the region.
• Ability to meet deadlines and sales targets under pressure.
• Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in selling battery-powered surveillance products, smart doorbells, or wireless cameras.
• Familiarity with Kolkata and nearby territories.
• Tech-savvy and able to understand IoT-enabled products.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,442.80 - ₹34,246.84 per month
