Assess customer eligibility via CIBIL scores, income proofs, and age criteria; escalate deviations to credit/queries teams. Process applications on portals, verify documents, and coordinate underwriting/DI stages for timely disbursements and dealer NOCs. Achieve monthly sales targets through field visits, cold calls, and follow-ups; manage walk-ins and build client relationships.
