Sales Officer (Architect/Interior Design background)

Role Overview: As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for leveraging your prior experience in architectural firms, interior design firms, or related fields to handle client interactions effectively. Your role will involve understanding design and furniture terminology, and successfully converting enquiries into sales. Key Responsibilities: - Handle client walk-ins, enquiries, and consultations with professionalism. - Identify customer requirements related to design, materials, and finishes, and provide suitable solutions. - Collaborate with the design and operations team to prepare quotations, drawings, and ensure smooth project execution. - Keep CRM records updated with customer interactions and sales progress. - Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Establish and nurture relationships with architects, designers, and project clients. Qualifications Required: - Graduation in Architecture/Interior Design (preferred) or a Sales/Business background with relevant experience in the design/furniture industry. - Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Proficiency in materials, furniture finishes, and design fundamentals. - Strong team player with a proven track record of achieving targets within deadlines.
