Your responsibilities will include handling client walk-ins, enquiries, and consultations, understanding customer requirements such as design, materials, and finishes to provide suitable solutions, coordinating with the design and operations team for quotations, drawings, and project execution, maintaining and updating CRM records of customer interactions and sales progress, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, as well as building and maintaining relationships with architects, designers, and project clients. To qualify for this role, you should have a Graduate degree in Architecture/Interior Design (preferred) or a Sales/Business background with experience in the design/furniture industry. You should have at least 3 years of relevant work experience, strong communication and presentation skills, good knowledge of materials, furniture finishes, and design basics, as well as the ability to work in a team and achieve targets under deadlines.
