We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Development Executive to join our growing team. The role involves identifying potential customers, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth through field sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through market research and field visits.
• Pitch products/services to potential clients and explain value propositions.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Collaborate with the sales team to design and execute effective strategies.
• Provide timely reports on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Key Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales/marketing (preferably BFSI/Insurance/Banking).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings.
