Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Listening and Identifying the prospective leads and counsel them as per the needs, objective & goals.
  • Suggesting the right program based on their needs & goals and set-up the trial class for them.
  • Following up with the prospects to understand the feedback and share the Holistic Health report.
  • Running the prospects through the Holistic Health report and making them understand the importance of the program.
  • Onboarding the converted clients on the tech-driven dashboard.

Experience 2+ years in B2C inside the sales or customer service industry.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficiency in English language.
  • Prior sales experience.
  • A self motivated person and confident about their own abilities.
  • Ownership and Accountability of both output and outcomes of their work.
  • Mindset to delight customers.
  • Service oriented mindset.
  • Right prospecting and sales planning.
  • Keen interest in incorporating holistic health ( body, mind & soul ).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
