Sales (Mid-Level)

About the Role

Shreedhar Instruments is looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will drive lead generation, build strong relationships and close sales for our complete range of analytical and scientific instruments.

Experience

: 5-8 Years

Education: BE/B.Tech -

Electronics & Communication (ECE), Electronics & Instrumentation (EIE), Electrical & Electronics (EEE)

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and follow up until successful order execution.Conduct technical discussions with customers to understand requirements.Promote products through field visits and presentations.Independently close orders for regular items.Support project-based sales with Manager.Prepare and maintain rolling 3-month sales projections.Track targets, achievements and competitor activities.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong technical understanding of instruments and applications.Excellent communication & logical convincing skills.Knowledge of competitor products in the market.MS Office proficiency and report preparation skills.Target-driven mindset and problem-solving ability.
