As a Sales Representative, your role will involve visiting existing and potential clients regularly to share product/service information. You will be responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with clients to enhance brand image and trust. Additionally, you will collect customer feedback and relay market insights to the internal team. Supporting the sales and marketing team during promotional campaigns will also be part of your responsibilities. It is crucial for you to prepare and submit visit reports and client interaction updates. Furthermore, you may need to represent the company at local exhibitions, seminars, or events if required.
