Sales & Marketing Trainee Female

We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Female Cold Calling Executive to join our sales/marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our product and booking appointments for sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases or leads.
• Introduce and explain the company’s product clearly and persuasively.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during calls.
• Record call outcomes and update CRM systems or lead sheets.
• Follow up with interested prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Handle basic queries and objections confidently.

Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred for this role.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil
• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, ChatGPT, CRM tools, etc.).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
