Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to generate leads, connect with potential clients, promote company services, and support business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through online and offline channels.
• Contact potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Promote company products and services to prospective customers.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable business solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare daily activity reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for client requirements and business development.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Knowledge of sales and lead-generation techniques.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media platforms.
• Customer relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.
• MBA in Marketing or Business Administration will be an added advantage.
