Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Generate new property leads through online and offline marketing activities.
• Contact potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Explain property details, project features, pricing, and payment plans to customers.
• Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into sales.
• Arrange and coordinate property site visits.
• Promote real estate projects through social media and other marketing platforms.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with the CRM and sales teams for lead management.
• Participate in property exhibitions, promotional events, and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain daily records of customer enquiries and follow-up activities.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and marketing targets.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
• Assist customers throughout the property booking process.
• Identify new marketing opportunities to increase property sales.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of real estate and property sales.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Good customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word).
• Ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Two-wheeler and driving licence preferred, if site visits require travel.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

• Number of leads generated.
• Number of customer calls and follow-ups.
• Number of property site visits arranged.
• Monthly sales target achievement.
• Lead conversion ratio.
• Customer satisfaction.
• Marketing campaign performance.
• Number of successful property bookings.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Guduvanchery Lake, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• 2 Wheeler Licence (Preferred)
