Job Description

Identify and approach potential clients across industries, including manufacturing, construction, retail, healthcare, IT, and other corporate sectors.
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and client visits.
Reach out to HR Managers, Admin Managers, Plant Heads, Compliance Managers, Procurement Teams, and other key decision-makers.
Promote the company's services, including labour law compliance, statutory registrations and licences, compliance audits, contractor compliance, factory approvals, and other regulatory services.
Schedule client meetings and presentations to explain the company's services and business offerings.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to prepare and submit proposals and quotations.
Follow up with prospective clients, negotiate commercial terms, and convert leads into confirmed business.
Develop and maintain a database of prospective clients and track leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
Explore new markets, industries, and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach.

Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
