Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell life insurance products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and building strong customer relationships to grow the business. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell life insurance policies to individuals and corporate clients. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and online platforms. Educate clients on different insurance products and help them select the most suitable coverage. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop marketing strategies and campaigns to generate new business. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high customer retention. Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and product workshops as required. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and customer outreach. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes.
