The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies to increase sales, enhance brand visibility, and lead a team toward achieving business goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales & marketing team to meet and exceed targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. Track and analyze performance metrics to improve effectiveness and ROI. Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management. Attend client meetings, sales events, and promotional activities. Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
