Responsibilities

• Sharekhan Franchise services

(Demat & Trading Accounts, Mutual Funds, IPOs, Bonds, PMS, Investment Products, etc.)

• Stock Navii Training Institute

(Stock Market & Trading Training Programs)

By generating quality leads and converting them into clients and students.

Office Administration & Field Work

• Handle front office operations & client walk-ins
• Manage KYC, documentation & MIS reports
• Handle calls, emails & WhatsApp communication
• Coordinate training batches, demo sessions & follow-ups
• Visit banks, exchanges, courier offices, printers, vendors etc. when required
• Assist in client onboarding, document collection & submission
• Support office-related outside work as assigned

Digital Marketing

• Manage WhatsApp broadcast, Telegram & Instagram posts
• Post market updates, course promotions & banners
• Create basic designs using Canva (posters, reels, stories)
• Handle social media leads & enquiry follow-ups
• Promote demo sessions & training programs

Field Marketing

• Visit offices, residential areas, colleges & business hubs
• Promote Sharekhan services:
• Demat & Trading Accounts
• Mutual Funds & SIPs
• IPOs, Bonds & Investment Products
• Promote Stock Navii Training Institute courses
• Conduct pamphlet distribution, reference drives & awareness campaigns
• Support seminars, demo classes & investor education programs

Digital Marketing (Online)

• Promote services & courses on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook & Google
• Share posters, reels, testimonials & demo invites
• Handle online inquiries and follow-ups
• Support basic digital & lead-generation campaigns

Skills We Value

• Strong communication & convincing ability
• English + Kannada preferred
• Interest in finance, investments & education
• Comfortable with targets and field work
• Basic social media knowledge (training will be provided)

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of stock market (Equity, F&O)
• Basic understanding of digital marketing & social media
• Familiar with WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram & Canva
• Good communication skills (English & Kannada required)
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Email, Google Sheets)
• Willingness to do occasional office field work
• Honest, disciplined & eager to learn

Preferred Qualifications

• NISM certification (Series 8 / 15) – added advantage
• Experience: 0–3 years
• Freshers with interest in stock markets & marketing can apply

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8.30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Market hours availability mandatory
• Saturday: Half day (if required)
