Sales & Marketing Executive

You are looking for Fresher/1-year Experienced Candidates with any Degree. Your main responsibilities will include maintaining good relationships with existing dealers by visiting them regularly. You will also be responsible for explaining the advantages of the product to new dealers, as well as discount schemes and other incentives. It will be crucial for you to reach the given sales target by regularly following up with the dealers for orders. Additionally, you will need to attend to quality compliance issues received by dealers and take appropriate steps to satisfy their grievances. Providing proper marketing reports, analyzing competitor feedback, pricings, etc., and presenting them to the management will be part of your role. Collaborating with the company branch management team to enhance the brand value in the market is also expected. This is a Full-time job opportunity with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, internet reimbursement, and provident fund. The work schedule will be during the day shift, with performance bonuses, shift allowance, and yearly bonuses available. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, with at least 1 year of experience. Proficiency in Tamil and English languages is preferred. A driving license is preferred and required for this position. The work location is in Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu, and you must be available for the day shift.
