Job Description

SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Sales Support & Client Handling

  • Generate leads through calls, references, digital inquiries, and field visits.
  • Assist in arranging and conducting site visits with prospective clients.
  • Explain project highlights, USPs, and basic pricing details to customers.
  • Support in negotiation and documentation under guidance of Sales Manager.
  • Maintain lead follow-up tracker and ensure timely client communication.

2. Marketing Execution

  • Support in executing marketing campaigns planned by the manager.
  • Handle inquiry calls from digital ads, property portals, and offline promotions.
  • Assist in distributing brochures, flyers, and outdoor branding material.
  • Participate in events, expos, and open houses by coordinating logistics.
  • Provide feedback from customers and campaigns to improve marketing effectiveness.

3. Branding & Promotion

  • Share project updates, offers, and promotions on company’s social media handles (under supervision).
  • Coordinate with designers and vendors for printing brochures, hoardings, and other marketing collateral.
  • Ensure branding material is displayed and maintained at project sites and events.

4. Channel Partner Coordination

  • Support in coordinating with brokers and channel partners.
  • Assist in arranging channel partner meetings, training sessions, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain CP database and update performance reports.

5. Market Awareness

  • Collect competitor project details, pricing, and offers from market.
  • Share insights on customer preferences and site visit feedback with the team.
  • Identify potential marketing locations and channels for promotions.

6. Team & Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with Sales Manager, CRM, and Digital Marketing team.
  • Provide updates on daily calls, site visits, and leads status.
  • Coordinate with admin and accounts for marketing material, payments, and event support.

7. Customer Experience

  • Ensure professional and courteous behavior with all customers.
  • Provide timely updates to customers about offers, project status, and next steps.
  • Collect feedback after site visits to improve service quality.

8. Reporting

  • Maintain daily call logs, lead reports, and site visit details.
  • Submit weekly and monthly reports to Sales & Marketing Manager.
  • Update CRM software or lead tracker regularly.
