Rare Production is a leading wedding and prewedding photography company based in Delhi NCR, offering creative, cinematic, and theme-based photography services. With our own premium sets, in-house editors, and full-time creative team, we serve hundreds of couples every year and are expanding fast across India. 💼 Role Overview:We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive who can drive bookings, manage leads, run follow-ups, and promote our services via digital platforms like Instagram and Meta Ads. 🔧 Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming leads from Instagram, Facebook, and website Convert leads into bookings via WhatsApp, calls, and in-person tours Run follow-ups and nurture leads through CRM Pitch prewedding, wedding, maternity, and baby shoot packages Assist in planning and posting ads and creatives Maintain booking sheet and coordinate with the production team Build relationships with clients and upsell higher-value packages Work closely with the founder and team to execute monthly sales targets ✅ Requirements:1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client handling Strong communication skills (Hindi + basic English) Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and CRM tools Knowledge of Instagram/Facebook marketing (preferred) Passion for weddings, photography, and content creation Willing to work 6 days a week at the studio/farm 💰 Salary & Benefits:Fixed Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000/month (based on experience) Incentives: Up to ₹10,000/month based on bookings Growth path into Manager role within 6–12 months Opportunity to work in a creative, fast-paced environment
