With our own premium sets, in-house editors, and full-time creative team, we serve hundreds of couples every year and are expanding fast across India. 💼 Role Overview:We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive who can drive bookings, manage leads, run follow-ups, and promote our services via digital platforms like Instagram and Meta Ads. 🔧 Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming leads from Instagram, Facebook, and website Convert leads into bookings via WhatsApp, calls, and in-person tours Run follow-ups and nurture leads through CRM Pitch prewedding, wedding, maternity, and baby shoot packages Assist in planning and posting ads and creatives Maintain booking sheet and coordinate with the production team Build relationships with clients and upsell higher-value packages Work closely with the founder and team to execute monthly sales targets ✅ Requirements:1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client handling Strong communication skills (Hindi + basic English) Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and CRM tools Knowledge of Instagram/Facebook marketing (preferred) Passion for weddings, photography, and content creation Willing to work 6 days a week at the studio/farm 💰 Salary & Benefits:Fixed Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000/month (based on experience) Incentives: Up to ₹10,000/month based on bookings Growth path into Manager role within 6–12 months Opportunity to work in a creative, fast-paced environment

We shoot pre-weddings, weddings, influencers, music videos, and premium content across India. We are expanding our team and looking for skilled, passionate professionals. 🎥 Position: Photographer / Videographer🔸 Key ResponsibilitiesShoot pre-weddings, weddings, haldi, mehendi, and other events. Capture high-quality photos and cinematic videos using professional gear. Operate gimbals, lights, drones (if experienced). Follow the creative vision and maintain Rare Production’s signature style. Coordinate with the creative team, makeup artists, and clients on shoot day. Manage and back up data properly after every shoot. Ensure timely reporting and professionalism on set. Take responsibility for equipment safety and handling. Maintain energy and a client-friendly attitude throughout the shoot. 🔸 RequirementsMinimum 1–2 years experience in wedding or event photography/videography. Strong knowledge of DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, composition, lighting, and camera settings. Hands-on experience with gimbals (Ronin/Crane) for video shooters. Knowledge of basic editing (Lightroom / Premiere Pro) is a plus. Ability to work long hours and travel for shoots. Strong communication, discipline, and team coordination skills.
