Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive – Interiors Location: Coimbatore Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive sales and business growth for our interior fit-out company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting inquiries maintaining strong client relationships, and coordinating with the estimation and design teams. The role requires extensive travel to identify upcoming project sites, client meetings, and interior designers & Builders offices. Key Responsibilities: Lead Conversion & Sales Growth: Manage and convert project inquiries into confirmed contracts. Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities. Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, and clients. Present company services and capabilities effectively to potential customers. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain daily reports on leads, client visits, and follow-ups. Provide regular updates on market trends and competitor activities. Follow-up & Coordination: Ensure timely follow-ups with clients, designers, and the estimation team. Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate project discussions and approvals. On-Site Visits & Market Research: Visit project sites regularly to understand client needs and project requirements. Conduct market research to identify new business prospects. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field. Experience: 2+ years in sales, or marketing, preferably in the interior fit-out or construction industry. Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of B2C marketing strategies. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Presentation: Ability to deliver impactful presentations to clients and designers. Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel extensively to client meetings and project sites. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in interior design or fit-out industry is a plus.
