About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive who can build strong relationships with colleges and educational institutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our courses, conducting student counseling sessions, and developing tie-ups with colleges to increase enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit colleges and universities to promote the company’s training programs and courses
• Build and maintain partnerships with educational institutions for tie-ups and collaborations
• Conduct seminars, workshops, and counseling sessions for students
• Generate leads and achieve student enrollment targets
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness
• Maintain regular follow-ups with students and institutions
• Coordinate with the internal team for marketing campaigns and promotional activities

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Education Counseling
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel for college visits and events
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
