Sales & Marketing Executive – Hospitality (Hotel)

About Us:
We are a hospitality brand in Rishikesh known for offering exceptional guest experiences, premium yoga & wellness facilities, and comfortable stays. We are looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Executive who can help expand our customer base, strengthen B2B relationships, and optimize our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive hotel sales through both B2B partnerships (travel agencies, tour operators) and B2C channels.
• Develop and maintain relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and other potential partners.
• Optimize and manage listings on OTA platforms (Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda, etc.) for maximum visibility and bookings.
• Plan and execute marketing strategies (both online and offline) to increase occupancy.
• Ready to travel between Rishikesh and Delhi to meet potential clients, attend travel fairs, and conduct promotional activities.
• Coordinate with the hotel team to ensure smooth guest experience and fulfil special booking requests.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Background in travel agency, hospitality sales, or tourism marketing is essential.
• Strong knowledge of OTA platforms and how to boost ranking & conversion.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently between Rishikesh & Delhi.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
