GharKaSathi is a growing real estate and home services startup dedicated to making property buying, rentals, construction, and interiors simple and hassle-free. We are looking for a passionate Marketing Executive to join our team and help us grow our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Ghar Ka Sathi’s services (real estate, rentals, construction, interiors, and home services).
• Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google, and other platforms to drive leads and brand awareness.
• Coordinate with the sales team to generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences Plan and execute offline marketing activities such as events, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors. Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing (real estate or startup experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
